How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates vary by buyer location. To check your shipping rates, add the items to your cart and go to the Your Cart page to get an estimated shipping cost and time.
Does WPL offer free shipping?
WPL offers free shipping on orders over $60 for US and Canada only. For orders under $60, or orders going outside of US and Canada, shipping rates vary based on distance, weight and speed of the shipment.
What is the company responsible for the shipping? Which company handles your shipments?
Within Canada, we use Canada Post for shipping online store orders. USPS is used for ground shipping and UPS for expedited shipments. Inside the US all we use all of the followings: UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEX. DHL is used for international shipments outside of the US and Canada.
Can I track my purchase?
A tracking number will be provided via email after the purchase is completed. International shipping will come with tracking number from DHL, but the tracking may get lost in the destination country.
When will my order ship?
For Canadian orders, please allow up to 2 days handling time before shipping. For US and International orders, shipments will ship the following day.
When I will receive my order?
The shipping time within Canada or United States ground shipping is 1-7 business days.
The shipping times for international ground shipping outside of United States is 14-28 business days. International delivery times vary due to customs.

What are the returning shipping costs?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the item is being returned due to our error and this has been agreed by a WPL customer service representative, then any postage will be reimbursed.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CUSTOM DUTIES AND IMPORT VAT/TAX
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
You are responsible for ensuring you comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. WPL does not carry any additional responsibility for any additional charges that may apply.
Please note that certain countries may require certain documentation before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays in the order.
You are responsible for the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
WPL is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
